A deposit of £100 must be made at the time of booking which will be refunded after a satisfactory checkout inspection has been carried out; we also require a booking fee which is not refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

La Cala is only a twenty five minute drive from Malaga Airport in one direction and twenty minutes from Marbella in the other. |
Casa Conga - La Cala de Mijas This truly magnificent duplex apartment has been furnished to a high standard with marble floors and contemporary furnishings and provides spacious accommodation. There are a number of terraces surrounding the apartment for you to relax on and take in the stunning views. If you fancy a little timeout from the rest of your party choose a balcony and chill out. |

Accomodation When you have enjoyed enough sun, relax on the sumptuous sofa and pop on some music or a DVD (bring your own favourites). The apartment also has spanish TV with some english channels available. The lounge has two balconies one taking in breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding countryside and overlooking the golf course. Spark up the BBQ and eat al-fresco on the terrace table. There is a cloakroom with toilet and vanity basin on this floor to save you running up and down the stairs! The master bedroom has twin beds with its own terrace. There is more than ample storage space in all the bedrooms and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bath, vanity unit, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom houses twin beds and has use of a second bathroom which has a shower, vanity unit and bidet. The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could want or need to rustle up those daytime snacks or more elaborate meals. Outside The urbanisation has a fabulous pool and garden area where you will enjoy many an hour wiling the time away. The apartment has fabulous views over the sea and looks directly over the golf course. Notes on the area In addition to the nine hole La Noria course, the La Cala Resort has three eighteen hole golf courses and houses the David Leadbetter golf school, which is only ten minutes drive from the apartment. There are also numerous other quality courses within close proximity as is the Hipodromo with its live horseracing. You will adore your stay at Casa Conga.
