Pueblo Bonita

This apartment is situated in the beautiful Pueblo Bonito, a spanish village type landscape set in lush well tended gardens, with a larger than normal kidney shaped pool. To really make use of the gardens why not have a barbecue in the area set aside for tenants.

Accomodation

The one bedroom apartment has a bathroom with full bath and shower over with a toilet & bidet, the bathroom also houses the automatic washing machine. Down the hall is the kitchen which is semi open plan and looks through to the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, a full oven & hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The living area has a large sofa bed Hi-Fi, satellite TV, video, and opens out onto a large balcony with seated area that has full sun from early morning until the evening, so we have a sun blind for your comfort in the summer months.

Notes on the area

The secure central location of Pueblo Bonita adjacent to Paloma Park and directly opposit The Selwo Marina dolphinarium makes it an ideal location for all ages. The complex has 4 security gates giving easy access. A short walk away is the "village" of Arroyo de la Miel. Tivoli Fun Park, the beach, Marina and the train station are all within walking distance. The beach in fact is just 8 minutes walk, where you can join the locals and take an after dinner walk along the popular paseo maritimo (promenade)
